Hey everyone, would you be willing to post a comment answering the following questions?

2. How did you meet them and become close friends? Was it gradual or instant?

Thanks for participating!

Rene' is of course my best friend and the person I like to spend all my time with. Besides her,one of my close friends is Greg. We are planing on starting a business together. We met at school and it was very gradual. We ended up hanging out together because we were the only smart kids in class, and if we needed an opinion we started to ask each other because everybody else in class was worthless. So that is how we got to be friends.

I will also start with James being my number one, but as far as girlfriends go Kelly is my best friend. We met because she was actually dating my brother at the time. She and I talk on a regular basis, and I am a faithful reader of her blog. I love to see her kids grow, they are almost the same ages as my own.

It was an instant friendship that has been through a lot. She is the the sister I never had, as well as the trusted and cherished friend.

This was a clever post idea, thanks it was fun.

I found it difficult to choose just one.My brother David was my first friend, then my sister Tricia. Brent is my best friend and has been for 36 years. (He became my best friend while we wrote on his mission) Debbie Christiansen is a dear friend of mine. We have been friends for 31 years. We met in Montezuma Creek, Utah. Her birthday is the day after mine, the same year so we got in the habit of making each other birthday cakes. She moved to Blanding when we did and still lives there. We email and still send birthday gifts and cards. Our children are the same ages and that makes alot for us to talk about. Also both our husbands are teachers just finishing their 30yr mark of teaching. I cherish our friendship and she often stops by on her way up north. When we call or visit it is just like no time has passed and we take up right where we left off.

Since you take so long to post new blogs, I guess it's okay for me to take so long to comment (actually I just figured out how to do it).

If not for Sylvia, I wouldn't have anyone that I'd call a close friend. This isn't a lacking in my life, I'm just not a social person.

Becky,
You are still my best friend (as well as Ross). I hope we can have a friendship like your Mom and Debbie. We've got like 12 years so far :)
