Being married has brought to my attention certain things I like to do (Keep your minds out of the gutter!) that I never thought possible. I am almost ashamed to admit it after all the fuss I used to put up about it, but the times for confession have arrived(thanks to Mom). Here it is. I like to cook. I don't know how it happened. I actually like trying to see if I can make something scrumptious. I am still only mediocre but I have definitely improved (I have confirmed that with Ryan). My favorite thing to make is pastas. Does anyone have good pasta recipes? The only stipulations is it can't have mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, or peas.
That is enough confessions for one day.

Dreamin' Big
Wow. I knew it had been a long time since I had updated, but I hadn't realized it was way back on the 9th! Sorry!
Something that has been on my mind a lot lately is work. I want a job where I love it. Where I do cool things and learn and experience things. I don't want to be one of those people who get stuck doing mediocre jobs because they didn't want to try for better. I probably wont really have to worry about that since I plan on staying home with my kids(which I am really excited about!). However, I have realized that even in my short working life, I always take whatever job is handed to me, settle for less, because subconsciously I don't believe I can do better. I don't know if that realization will really change anything now, because I don't plan on working for longer than another year, but I am leaving the possibility open. I have thought about what I would want to do if I were to do things over and be confident. I love to do everything, but surprisingly I found I would go back to my original original plan, which was to be a veterinarian!
I am curious about what you guys would want to do. Please post a comment and let me know!

Cure for the hiccups
I am quite surprised that only one person has figured out the amazing cure for hiccups. The best cure I have ever experienced is kissing. That's right. Ryan has always wanted to kiss someone with hiccups, but sadly in his attempt, we discovered it cures me instantly. So Ryan, I am afraid you will never get to enjoy that experience. (sniff, sniff). Has anyone else found strange cures? Let me know!

Sunday fun
Ryan and I had a busy day today. In the morning Ryan's cousin's baby was blessed. Right after that we drove to Draper to Cassidy's blessing. We hadn't seen her before and I held her for a long time! She is so cuddly. Here is a picture of her. Look at all that hair! After the blessing and lunch in the park, Mom and Dad agreed to drive to Logan to visit with us longer! We introduced them to Mario Kart for the Wii. They proved themselves both spontaneous and fun! Thanks for coming Mom and Dad.

What is wrong with this picture?
There is something in this picture that doesn't belong. Can you see it?...Ryan and I have a group of friends that we go on dates with occasionally and they are usually fairly creative. Last nights date was movie and dinner in the canyon! We made tinfoil dinners, played a card game called "Big fish, little fish", listened to guitar music, and watched psycho(The old Alfred Hitchcock version)! Someone brought a generator and a tv and we had our own little theater. It was a lot of fun, that is until we had to clean up in the pitch black after a scary movie...

Silly snow
Remember how I was excited about the warm weather? Well below shows what we woke up to May 1st. The past few weeks have been up and down on the temperature. For a few days it would be really warm, and with no warning the next day would be freezing with snow and frost, and then the next day, warm and sunny. Over and over again. Why did spring run away before it even came?
